RENTING ROOMS AND SPACES

Foment del Treball has a set of spaces which have capacities from 10 to 250 people, are suitable for meetings and events, and adaptable to different uses and needs (conferences, internal meetings, commercial presentations, working lunches, etc.). Renting the meeting rooms offers added value to the activity, given that it incorporates the Foment brand, which is a synonym of prestige and social relevance.

The Foment’s associates have preferential and advantageous use of the facilities.

FEES FOR RENTING ROOMS AND SPACES

(*) The price in euros, includes the rental of the room but not VAT or extras that may arise (audiovisual, catering, etc..).
If that was outside the established time will be billed at the rate of 36 € / extra hour.

INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE

For institutional acts and in relation to the meeting rooms of Foment, the group members (territorial and sector associations) have the right to two free uses per year. The assignment of these spaces is done based on the characteristics of the act, approximate number of attendees and the needs and availability of Foment. They can rent the meeting rooms, an unlimited amount of times and in accordance with existing availability, as per valid fees.

In relation to the meeting rooms of Foment, individual members (companies directly associated companies), have the right one free use per year. The assignment of these spaces is done based on the characteristics of the act, approximate number of attendees and the needs and availability of Foment.

MEMBERS
  • Accredit the member status.
  • Fill-out the reservation document.
  • Be up to date on payment from the previous year.
  • Facilitate the most complete information possible on the nature of the event, type and approximate number of attendees, additional services required, etc.
  • Fer Pay, after the act and if the amount of free usage is expired, the total cost of the assigned space as well as the additional services previously required and accepted.
NON-MEMBERS
  • Fill-out the reservation document.
  • Pay, in advance and through the bank or savings bank, the total cost of the rental of the assigned space.
  • Pay, after the act and directly, the total cost of the additional services required and accepted by the member company/association.

When a company/association linked to Foment wants to grant part or all of its right to the free use of space to another, non-member company/association, it must communicate this wish in writing to Foment (Member and External Relations Area) and receive express approval.

In general, the attendees from the member company/association must maintain the meeting rooms in perfect condition, as well as use them accordingly. They must avoid, at all times, any action which could cause danger, malaise, impede the development of the act or acts held in these or other spaces, or damage the facilities. The member company/association is obligated to pay Foment for any damages caused by malice, negligence, or gross negligence.

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For cost purposes, hours not included in the above-mentioned hours will be considered overtime.
