Foment del Treball needs to know how to meet the challenges faced by employers in Catalonia. The current economic climate obliges us to be permanently aware in order to create and encourage the best conditions for business activity. Given an unfavorable context, we offer and propose solutions.

In this sense, the lines of action of Foment del Treball for the company and entrepreneurship are directly related to the operation of the business unit.

Lines of action

It identifies the problems of access to credit for viable business activities from the perspective of the coherence of the business, but strangled by lack of liquidity.
To the extent possible, it identifies and fosters the articulation of mechanisms to facilitate new financing.
It facilitates access to new markets, especially foreign, when the local market is weak.
It facilitates the reorientation of the activity through innovation.
Better regulation: Promotes continuous reform of the regulations which affect the existing business activity, identifying inadequate standards and proposing more efficient alternatives, as well as assuring a favorable framework for the creation of new companies.
It fosters a climate that favors entrepreneurship. Administrative, financial, taxation, labor, academic, and direct aid proposals.
It fosters the direct relationship between professionals and managers from the different management areas of the company, so as to improve the know-how of the day-to-day management of the business.
